 You can choose our Desktop Preventive Maintenance Plan along with a Server Monitoring option.

 Our services include the following

Our Desktop and Server administration provides services such as: routine user and group administration, setting up individual home directories and shares, configuring printers, sending messages to users, starting and stopping a service or a process, and changing properties. Most of the jobs are carried out remotely using a secure remote control provided by BCI Computers. This provides us with a unique secured methodology to take remote control of an ailing desktop as if your administrators were actually sitting at the user's desk.

 Our tools can scour your IT environment (desktops and servers) to determine what is and what is not present in the Desktop and Server. We can figure out what operating system, hot-fixes, and applications your system has; what kind of processor, the amount of memory, the size of the hard drive, the 

type of monitor and keyboard, and also items like network IP addresses, ports, protocols, adapter configurations, shares, user names, group configurations, and more.

 All this information can be categorized and used during our capacity planning discussions. We also provide change configuration reports, which help track the complete life cycle of an asset you may possess. Our full services include software deployment and off–site and on-site upgrade services, too.

 Our desktop preventive maintenance service is a   routine maintenance of a desktop. Standard services are the cleaning up of internet debris and temp files, updating  the  latest antivirus signature, repairing of the registry, spyware removal, patch assessment, and deployment of critical patches on each desktop. These services are run either daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.

 You are kept informed about  each and every action that is taken on your IT Assets.  There is a  monthly reporting on Asset inventory, Asset change configuration, and details of preventive maintenance carried out on each asset.  This report includes information on trouble tickets raised by end users and the actions taken to resolve them.
